Devon Clouse
Devon has loved life in Annapolis since the mid-90’s. She grew up a military child and later became a military spouse, always living in and around the water and the Navy. This makes Annapolis the perfect forever home for her and her family. Upon arriving in Maryland she worked as an educator at The Naval Academy Primary School. In 2016 Devon and Shelley founded Annapolis Events becoming Devon’s full-time focus in 2018.
Shelley O’Neill
Shelley has been creating artful floral designs since her early days as a young Navy wife almost 30 years ago. She continued to design as a creative outlet throughout the subsequent years when she was an elementary education teacher. In 2017, she and Devon combined their talents to begin Annapolis Events to provide resources for those wanting to host events in Annapolis. From that start, Annapolis Events has grown into a full service event design and management studio, with Petal and Stem serving as its in-house event floral studio.
When she is not in the studio, she enjoys traveling with her husband, visiting with their children and grandchildren, and pursuing almost any creative endeavor.
“You guys were amazing and the day couldn’t have been more perfect. The flowers were all stunning and everything came together beautifully.”
– Barb D.
